I'm still voting Public Enemy, so I guess it doesn't matter that much.
I like that you match up Dr. Dre and Ice Cube. But that should be a second rounder, as either should be seeded above the other 2 in their grouping of 4.
I don't know who you have as the top top seed of PE, KRS, EPMD, and Rakim. I would think PE, but normal bracketing would suggest Rakim.
I would think PE and NWA would be top seeds there. I would also think Beastie Boys would be, at worst, a 2 seed. I'd even be surprised if they weren't a 1 seed.
It would be better bracketing if 2Pac and Biggie would have a chance to meet before the finals.
A stronger act from top right should be moved to the bottom right. That one looks like it should be Run DMC in a walk. Unless ST is misguided enough, or high enough, to vote Snoop over them. Whereas top right could be Biggie, Wu-Tang, or Eminem. I also think Eminem is maybe seeded too low. As is Wu-Tang, if they aren't a 1 seed. If they are a 1 seed, a second round matchup against Eminem is too tough.
Maybe switch LL and Big Daddy Kane. So you get Cypress Hill vs Snoop Dog, which would be fitting. And switch Eminem with the two seed from the DMC bracket. So that the finals there wouldn't be a given for DMC.
Just a few thoughts. I really like that you did that, though.
