I don't think McDaniel has a real hope of turning this around, but have been following this since the June 3 original election and find the entire dynamic interesting.

And I am still interested in who placed the (reported) fliers encouraging blacks to vote for Cochran because the McDaniel wanted to suppress the vote. The McDaniel claim is the Cochran (or his supporters did this) which would be sleazy (though not illegal as far as I can tell)
