It got a raw deal by Corvallis.

They wanted to build a mall in Corvallis but ordinances wouldn't allow it, so they built it in Albany, and killed the downtown in the process (which is exactly why Corvallis has that ordinance). It's too bad. They used to have a nice downtown.
