That's a bad call by the umps. The runner should still be out. The catcher can only go by the call on the field which was safe. So a force out is in

effect and that's the play that was made. You can go back to the replay and call a guy safe going to second and now require a tag on the runner that wasn't required previous to your changed call.
It was a terrible decision and MLB needs to figure out how to fix this. Maybe they replay from that point, I don't know. But allowing this to stand is wrong.
