ha! thanks...goddamn stairmaster. of course I've had to lay off it for 3 weeks as I've discovered I've got 3 bulging discs...

and need a nerve block shot.
Been having issues since Jan related to me just bending over and picking something up....thought it was a muscle strain of some kind but the mri showed it's 3 discs that are inflamed....
