at work, i've been pushed out of audio/visual and i'm now doing lync and other projects, but they still won't define my role... it's annoy and i told them to get on it... 6 months ago.

this new place wants me to set policy and direction for their audio visual as well as PM/design the AV for the new headquarter building in OKC as well as get all of their aquisitions on the same page AV-wise... they've got a very good package when you're an employee, and they've said they'll put me on full time in January.

pay is basically the same when I work out vacation being out of pocket, paying more for healthcare, missing my bonus here, and not getting a matching 401k (I can still do Roth IRA).
