I'm so angry right now that I'm ready to go find DeBlasio and scream at him for allowing NYers to get killed with no repercussions for the drivers.
It's complete bullshit.

How can it be hard to prove that someone was killed by someone improperly operating their car? They need to be in control and clearly they're not if they're hitting people.
