It's like a ladder treadmill. It's at about a 45 degree angle and you climb it.

It runs at your speed, not at a set pace. Your steps drive it, so if you slow down, it slows down.

I can do 100 feet in 50 seconds, no problem now. Today was the first time I had to do 150. It was really, really hard and the last rep I was climbing very slowly.
