He says "que te pario." I may have sent you "que te repario," those are basically the same thing

When you add "re" in front of something it means "very much" that thing. (Puta = whore while reputa = super whore)
te pario = gave birth to you while te repario = very much gave birth to you
(doesn't make much sense in English, but repario is commonly used)
