I don't think this would work for us. Right now it seems to be working well. I saw someone is adding Rio 2 soon.

If someone wants a movie the group benefits. Obligation could create resentment to being in the group.
I know I was on a tear at the library, but we have been short a few people at work over the last 2 months and I simply don't have time to do that now. Glad I am not obligated or I would really be streched
