LYC my first run with the training group has left me physically shattered

I guess it is a good thing that I'd been running somewhat on my own

So 4 miles @ just over 10 min/mile is about as fast I've run of late.

And I had a blast during the run as I think I found my perfect training partner as we're pretty much at the exact same pace overall and so she took me out probably faster than I would have run on my own and I was able to bring her back up the uphill finish probably faster than she would have done on her own

So I now have that to look forward to each Sat morning till October. Er, I should probably figure out exactly when the Long Beach half marathon is.......

As well should keep me honest for midweek runs knowing that I'm gonna have to put in the miles, well, and bit faster as well to have any chance of being to run with Terri (is that sp of the female version of the name?)

But so tired now
