Wow. That's going to make for an interesting urban wasteland in a few years.

Well, to be fair... Atlantic City is already an urban wasteland. They were never able to capitalize off the casinos beyond the boardwalk. This is an opportunity to focus on a more tourist driven economy, but that won't happen.
