Even if no other films break out (See Big Hero 6), you still have the likelihood of Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, The Hobbit 3 and Hunger Games to be above that mark.

Usually something in December will break out (Exodus, Into the Woods, Night at the Museum, Annie).
