Has anybody here had to deal with Plantar Facslitis cause it looks like i have that in my left heel -- nm

Yes. I'm told orthotics can help (I got some for my hiking trip and it worked well. I got Superfeet insoles, not custom). I find stretching - pmb Jul 24, 09:40
felt like a marble was taped to the bottom of my heel. Discovered that certain shoes triggered it and after getting rid of them have not had it recur. - zork Jul 24, 09:39 4
