I was actually told not to get Dr. Scholls but to use Powersteps

I also went through PT to alleviate the pain. Ultrasound and electroshock on my foot.

Now I use a combo of the powersteps inserts and kinesio tape and it allows me to run every day again.

Still have pain but it's manageable.
