Ummm...it's not. :)

I actually switched to low carb a few weeks ago - more because I was sick of dealing with erratic, horrendous blood sugars. No or low carbs = very little extra insulin and generally steadier sugars. As a result, my sugars are really very steady right now, but a lot of the time I'm borderline low. So, right now I'm not in the place where I want to be that low or close to it, and then work out. I'll plummet so low...

I want to try and get a better handle on this before I do any real "working out". For now, I'm just getting in more general activity with a lot more walking - parking farther away from store entrances, taking the stairs, etc. Measly, but still better than nothing.
