Bottom line...no one knows what's going on.

I keep saying that there's a real simple solution to all of this...give him a new deal. Commit to him for 6-7 years with some decent guaranteed money. Then he'll know you're serious when you say he's your guy and once he signs and takes your money, you can very much tell him to shut the fuck up.
