I know this because I was visiting my brother and this was all that was on during the day while he was sick.

One of the original cast members of Jersey Boys (the one that played Nick Massi) and his wife (she has been an ensemble player in a number of Broadway musicals) were looking for a getaway in Woodstock. They only wanted to spend 250K so they didn't have to rent it out while they weren't there. That of course did not happen.
