I'm literally going through and fixed width delimiting to see if it's possible. Weirdly, when I go to Text to Columns, the very first step does show me all the tags in the cell which is why I started just fix width-ing this. it worked for one cell so I'm going to expand it to the data set and see if it's feasible.
