Here is a question for you: Star Wars and Avengers 2 are both currently scheduled for 2015. Should Disney pu\sh Star Wars to 2016?

Is it better to have money earlier in the process or to have the #1 film in consecutive years?
Also, does anybody here think that Star Wars 7 beats Avengers 2?

Don't know an answer to question 1. But question 2...I think this totally depends on how the films look.

Screw that. I want my DIS stock to grow. A mega-year with AVNG2 and STAR7 will pad my portfolio -- nm

I think from a financial perspective, Disney wants the best financial year, they can.

Considering they'd need to basically double SW3's opening weekend to top Avengers 1

I don't see the point in pushing SW into 2016. Sure, having #1 two years in a row is good, but having the top 2 films in 2015
