i occasionally get calls here from people asking for 'the president' , and

sometimes they actually make it to me (i am not the president).
i can tell you, the ones that just yell and "want it fixed" aren't really doing themselves any favours. if someone is calm, and rational, and asking what they can do to get their issue handled, i am WAY more likely to want to assist them.
