I actually had The Village spoiled for me by some kind of blog or movie news site while it was being shot. (spoiler)

They didn't even know the plot at that point, but indicated that a van with a business logo on it was somehow central to the resolution. Once I knew what the plot was, that information made it obvious what the resolution was.
