I've know idea how Dawson does those cross fit workouts

I did three distinct portions over like the entire morning so major rest between and I'm dying

7AM Run 8 mile @ 10 min per pace

Then took seemingly like forever off (hours?)

Today's 100 push-up set 19, 27, 22, 22, 25 but with 150 second between sets so again significant rest. Still really, really struggled with the second 22 and last 25

Then the core routine and I refuse to believe that 2-3 complete cycles are the recommended amount. I'm happy to do two leg lifts per leg at the last set and call it a win
