and the # of people who get charged for assault is miniscule given how many people meet the legal definition....the outcome has to be serious.

There's been like 2 guys in the NHL in the last decade and one of those attacks involved hitting a guy in the head with a stick and the other was a guy breaking a dude's neck.

This is serious enough that the law will need to be involved in the outcome.
