I don't think they win; the rich hardly ever suffer, but it's worth the prosecution imo

if he beats it, he beats it, but this isn't a "kid running into the street" situation which is how ESPN's covering it.
Dark suit, dark track, running into traffic. Just. No.
If Stewart never runs another event, that's a good start. If he loses his team, that's a great start. If he goes to prison, that's a deserved outcome.
I liked Stewart up till 8:30 this morning when I saw the video. I hope he loses everything; it's what he merits.
