I've only personally heard of one person who committed suicide that way. He was my chemistry TA in college.

He did it in the chemistry lab. he put a plastic bag over his head, tied it around his neck, inserted a tube, and turned on some kind of gas, I believe it was CO2. Assuming RW didnt' have access to that, I wonder what he did.
