Oh, and Jack: the widely accepted "don't draft too much pitching early" theory? Not sure I buy it anymore.

It is based on the idea that middle ground pitchers are more valuable than middle ground hitters, so you are better grabbing the top bats and making due with the pitchers. But I think there are more top-tier pitchers now than in the last few years, so a pitching-heavy strategy can work.
5 pitching categories, 5 batting categories. I think a pitching + leadoff guys with speed strategy can be devastating in a head-to-head league like this.
