Excellent! I really shouldn't go on vacation. I mean, I've saved up money to go, but that really ought to have been used to pay down debt or whatever.

But I haven't been home in nearly a year and part of my efforts during this vacation is to secure some kind of seed money from my family.
Maybe a slight advance on some kind of inheritance of some kind.
Not like in the prodigal son kind of way. More like in the you want me to continue living on my own and be successful can you give me some breathing room kind of way.
Can you tell I need a vacation?
