We abuse each other as friends. If we realized it was really bothering you, most of us would have stopped. But I think many of us (I can only speak for myself) did not realize you were actually bothered by it, because you did play along. Folks need to voice when they are bothered.

Not everyone will respect that voicing, but most will.
