It was a tough call, and comes down to the factors ons weighs their votes on. If it is 100% 'rap credibility' then Biggie wins hands-down (even if I never really liked his voice). But if you include a factor for what the artist did for rap's success...it gets muddier.
I didn't really like making a decision either way on that one.
But again, I know little about rap, and don't enjoy it much
