for earmarks and their reform this morning. Then signed this piece of last year's business, stating that it was an imperfect bill. Which by the way is down close to 50% in earmark count from the last Omnibus. Why are we focusing on appx. 1% of the bill and ignoring the possible wasteful spending of the remainder of the Omnibus Bill?
