Talk about going from gut-wrenching to gut-busting laughter.
End episode 1 with David burying Lisa out in the desert and then him screaming as the sun comes up...to
Beginning of Episode 2, where the lady dies because she runs out into traffic seeing bodies float up in the sky. She thinks it is the rapture, when it is really sex dolls filled with Helium.
I think this is my favorite opening scene death so far.
