Rousey is the the women's UFC champ in (I think) the only weightclass they have for women at the moment.
The other women were other female MMA fighters, 2 of which were on the team Rousey coached on Ultimate Fighter. They might all live at Rousey's house, and I think at least one of the others has a UFC deal as well. They refer to themselves as the 4 Horsewomen after the old wrestling stable the 4 Horsemen.
