really high, high 70s to low 80s. The HVAC guy came yesterday to do a cleaning and they see nothing wrong with the system, which is only a few years old. They referred us to a mold removal company. That guy came over today, and told us that he feels based on what he sees that it's only on the grates, that we probably don't have a house wide mold problem. He recommended a vent cleaning, but that's just because it hasn't been done in ages, not because of our current situation. He did say it's been a humid and wet dinner, so it's possible that is doing through the concrete, but we don't have a basement, sooo...

Doors are old and the screen door is starting to rot in places, but the storm doors are shutting properly, no gaps.

I'm at a total loss here. The mold guy referred us back to the HVAC folks. Argh.

Anyone had a similar situation? Suggestions?
