I'll say it. I'm still not liking Doctor Who. But Capaldi is an able actor so I'll stick with it.

Some interesting comments in his premiere, including the suggestion that the appearance of a regenerated doctor isn't original but lifted from someone else, perhaps a veiled reference to The Fires of Pompeii where both Capaldi and Karen Gillan appeared in roles prior to their regular parts.
