so, yeah, that sucked. and half the run was on grass. GRASS! that is evil.

but it wasn't sunny and it wasn't terribly hot, so that was all great.

but i still need to do an *actual* triathlon with the swim (the thing i was most worried about and trained more for!)

i have a super crappy bike, and during the bike ride a 70 year old woman FLEW by me. (your age is written on your calf). That was humbling.
