I am paying utilities on 2 houses at the moment, and have been dumping cash trying to get everything in the new place fixed and operational.

Imagine buying a house and moving, where you have to pack up and move both houses shit in the same move.

It took weeks just to get all the shit out of the new house, and there is still some stuff that needs to come out.
