wouldn't a cloud service know someone was brute forcing an account with thousands of password attempts?

put too many wrong PINs and your are locked out of your bank.
of course, here in tacoma, all the civ libs are upset the cops are using device that fakes being a cell tower, collects all the login data of everyone, alledgely filtering out info from innocent users, but tracking all the 'billable' info.
so I suppose if you were in a target rich environment and had $$$ you could make or buy one, grab all kinds of info, use your own servers to brute force it (kinda like how hsx uses twin servers as their buy/sell traders)
