The cloister bells going off when the Doctor passes out and again when the droid wakes up in "heaven". Cloister bells NEVER signal anything good. Ever.
The interaction with the guy in the alley.

The references to past things: the line about "a long scarf", the "I had more round things" about the new TARDIS look.
