all around.

L & D are a gay couple who took advantage of Illinois' legalization of SSM and got married earlier this year. They've been together over a decade, IIRC. Maybe longer.

They also just relocated from the local area to a city about an hour north for D's job.

Earlier in August a friend of theirs died. Apparently that friend was also gay and the third member of the relationship he was in hit it off pretty well with L and was invited into the relationship between L&D.

Today D posted that he's feeling more and more like a third wheel and doesn't know how to make it stop.

Things are not going to end well for any of them, I don't think.
