The hackers are wrong. But, really, if you take a nude photo and expect it to stay private in this day and age, your expectations are way out of line

with the reality of things.

It isn't right, it isn't fair, but it is how things are. Plan appropriately and if you do take nudes or film a sex tape, do so with the knowledge that someone you don't want to see it eventually will.

It's like getting into the pool and hoping to keep your hair dry. Good luck.
