problem is I expect many people - including a bunch of those celebs - don't realize their photos are out there on the cloud.

I put a bunch of the blame on Apple here. And even on the cell phone companies.
I've been in the Verizon store and seen people grabbing a new iphone and not understanding or being told what the iCloud is and how Apple is using it.
