home invasion. THAT is a massive invasion of privacy.
the fact that they were stored in a cloud means that plenty of people who MANAGE the cloud can get to them, not to mention we have all seen over and over security can be broken. why would you do that? to that matter, this means the photos were also being stored on their cell phone and probably locally on a computer if they had the icloud backup turned on on a PC... so they had multiple copies on devices that are regularly stolen, not to mention on the internet.
and to answer the question.. there are already nudes online, marked private... i'm sure someone could break that security. it would be awkward, but c'mon...we both know the risk.
