1 to 53, I like Tennessee's roster much more than Indy's. The problem is that the QB matters 10X more than any other position.

But Locker was lights out in September last year, 8.1 according to PFF. The Anointed one was 9.2 (over half of his overall season total of 18.1). That gap isn't enough to overcome Indy's roster limitations.
