I worked for a small, local, courier company. A customer reported that, along with her regular delivery, she'd received a personal package containing a photo of - yes - someones junk. Waist down, including only shoes.
An internal investigation cleared the driver and pointed to a particular sorter who was called in to HR and interviewed. He denied any involvement...until it was pointed out he was wearing the exact same shoes as in the photo! :)
