the good news though - is State Farm is notoriously high for homeowners insurance (not renters - homeowners) - and they have high mandatory deductibles too - like 2000 for homes I think - if you want lower you pay a LOT more.

once you find your home to buy - I think you'll find your agent will have the best choices for you - well done!
