Plus, I think cruises have lost a lot of the romance zeitgeist they once had.
"This week on the Love Boat, the entire ship is quarantined, the engine catches fire, and special guest John Hamm plays a pirate captain who will take no prisoners! His plan is thwarted when the ship runs aground!"
