Sidethought: I wonder what types of restaurants are most popular by state are. For example, would NY have the most pizza restaurants?

Florida would probably be seafood restaurants.

CA would be pizza, seems every strip mall is required to have one..in WA its Terriyaki if espresso stands don't count as restaurant -- nm
