when I talk with her I know I'm gonna tell her not only that, but also that she should make it known to whoever she needs to that this person

knowingly broke hipaa laws. if after I talk to her and hear the whole story she says the boss didn't back her, I'm gonna ask her to include the fact that the boss knew the laws were being broke and did nothing.
hopefully the BAMF will get fired, and if nothing else maybe the boss will finally stand behind us in the future
