Word help requested. I want to replace anything in brackets. How do I do a replace for [*]

The issue is that I want to use the * as a wildcard, but I don't want to use the [] wildcards.

Ahh, the problem with Word is that it's got different names and symbols for stuff that's standard.

You should be able to type in [*] as what you want to replace and then type in what you want to replace it with.

And the Find command has the exact same problem as the Replace command with these wildcards anyway. -- nm

With the find you just go for one bracket [ instead of the whole thing.
